After you book your intensive, enter your name and email to access your client forms online. Complete them on any device; Dr. Greenwood receives them automatically.

Send payment via Zelle or Venmo using Dr. Greenwood's phone number:

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are billed in full. This policy protects the time reserved for you and allows other couples to access that appointment when needed.

Booking & Payment Timing

Couples Intensives: payment in full is due at the time of booking to secure your dates. Intensives cancelled with less than one week's notice are non-refundable.
Hourly sessions: payment is due a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the session.
