Immediate Appointments. For Clients seeking immediate appointments, we make every effort to accommodate you within 24 hours, whenever possible. For the convenience of our clients, we offer appointments during the day, evening and weekends. If you do not see an appointment that meets your needs, please contact me.
First Appointment. In order to secure your First Appointment, we ask that you prepay using the PayPal Button and complete the New Client Forms below.

Insurance Statement. We only accept direct payment from our clients; however, as a courtesy, we will prepare a comprehensive bill for you, so your insurance company can reimburse you directly.
Before Your Appointment. Please download and complete the Client Forms at the bottom of this page and bring them with you to your appointment.
For those couples traveling from out-of-town or out-of-state, a variety of hotel accommodations are available and convenient to my office and the Sacramento airport.
The design of our programs allows us to provide maximum flexibility in scheduling.
